What happens if processing fails?

Payment is only offered after a complete preview is ready. If extraction or validation fails, no payment is taken. Preview capacity is limited; please return later when busy.

What do the source references mean?

PDF references identify pages; PowerPoint references identify slides. TXT is split into numbered text chunks. Check the original file for context. Quotes are evidence links, not a guarantee of AI accuracy.

Can I keep my downloads?

Yes. Download them before your 30-day paid access expires. The private project and uploaded file are removed after expiry or when you delete the project. Keep your own backup.
